essedielle has at its disposal an internal chemical laboratory to realize analysis on raw materials, semi-processed products/mixtures and its products.
The laboratory measures the “shelf-life”, that is the duration and commercial stability, of raw materials; it controls the quality standard of semi-processed products and mixtures to guarantee the best product before its marketing according to the limits of the regulation in force or according to customer’s needs.
Over the years the laboratory has been expanding its analytical activities by introducing modern tools, since the Corporate Direction’s aim is to offer a more and more safe and controlled product. For the most part analysis concern the production of Gum Arabic that essedielle directly imports from its producing countries.
The Gum Arabic solution obtained after the various processing phases, before being packaged and marketed, it is subjected to different analytical controls by the internal laboratory such as: turbidity, filterability or filling index, color, dried extract, density, pH, acidity, percentage of present stabilizers, microbiological and purity requirements, organoleptic tests, etc.
